Who this covers

Strataveo operates strataveo.com from Florida. This policy covers the public website: visiting it, and sending us a message through the contact form.

It does not cover client systems. If you hire us, the engagement documents govern your files, the mailboxes we administer, and the hosting we run for you. The client portal at portal.strataveo.com is a separate system with its own access rules.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, the service and budget range you selected, and your message. The form is handled on this site rather than by an outside form service, and it runs an anti-spam check before it is accepted.

When you load a page, our analytics records the URL, the referring page, a rough device class, and a count. We do not create a profile of you, and we do not connect analytics to your message.

We do not ask you to create an account here, and there is no checkout. Please do not put payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information in the message field. If you do, we will delete it and ask for a version without it.

How we use it

To reply to you, and to carry that conversation into a proposal if you want one.
To operate, secure, and debug the site.
To see which pages are actually read, so we can improve them.
To meet a legal obligation or defend a claim.

A person reads every message. We do not make automated decisions about you, we do not build a marketing list from this form, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Who processes it

We keep the list short:

Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site, and runs the anti-spam check on the contact form. It receives the request, including your IP address and browser, as any host must.
Resend, which delivers the contact form to our inbox as an email. It does not keep a copy for its own purposes.
An analytics service, which counts page use without a tracking cookie.

Each of these processes the data to provide that service, and nothing else. We do not permit them to use it for their own advertising. Vendors we use for client work, such as ad accounts, mail tenants and phone carriers, are not part of this website and have their own terms.

Cookies

This site does not depend on tracking cookies. The cookie policy has the detail.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as a business record for as long as we need them to reply and to keep the thread intact. Analytics are kept as aggregates rather than as records about a named visitor. Server logs are kept for a short operational window unless an incident requires a longer look.

If you ask us to delete a message we still hold, we will, unless we have to keep it for a live dispute or a legal hold. We will tell you which.

We share information with the processors above, with the people at Strataveo who need it to answer you, and with professional advisers under a duty of confidence. We will disclose information where the law requires it, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to prevent serious harm or abuse of the site.

If the business is ever sold or merged, inquiry records may transfer with it, and this policy’s limits would continue to apply until you are told otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold a message from you and send you a copy, to correct your details, to delete a message we do not have to keep, or to stop using your address to follow up.

Send the request through the contact form using the same details you gave us, or identify the message clearly, so we can find it and confirm it is you. We will never ask you for a password to this website, because there isn’t one.

Where a state privacy law applies to your request, such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, we will handle it under that law. Where none applies, we will still answer as above. You can also complain to a regulator with jurisdiction, though we would rather you write to us first so we can fix it.

Children

This site is for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we have, use the contact form and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We are in Florida. If you write to us from elsewhere, your information travels to the United States and is handled there.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or its processors change. The date at the top is the current version, and material changes are published at this URL.
