A website that looks like you have been doing this for years.

Because you have. We design and build the site, then take care of the search, listings, advertising, phones and hosting that go around it, so you can get back to the work you actually do.

  • Built for your business, not adapted from someone else's template
  • Five pages or a full custom application, whichever the job needs
  • One team and one number for all of it

Hi. We are Strataveo.

Good businesses get let down by websites that look like an afterthought.

And by four vendors who each blame the other three when something breaks. We would rather build the site properly and then stay on to look after the search, the listings, the phones and the hosting around it.

One team. One number to call. Everything in your name.

What we do

We do the digital work, so your business looks as established as it already is.

Most small businesses do not have a marketing department. They have an owner, a phone that needs to ring, and a website that has quietly stopped earning its keep.

We take the whole thing on: the site, the search results, the listing Google shows, the ads, the email and the number customers call. When the job calls for more than pages, a booking system, a customer portal, a marketplace, we build that too. One engagement, one team, and everything set up so you can run it after we hand it over.

  • Websites first

The site is what a stranger judges you on before they ever call. Everything else we do either points at it or protects it.

  • One team, one number

Search, listings, ads, phones, Microsoft 365 and hosting all come from the people who built the site, so nothing falls between vendors.

  • Built to be handed over

You get the logins, the tools to make your own edits where that suits, and a written record of what lives where. It is all yours.

Work

Two projects from a much longer list.

A farewell page for a business that closed after 120 years, and a downtown gym built to sell memberships without a salesperson. More of the work is on the case studies.

Vine Fitness

A gym on the lower level of a landmark building had a location worth leading with, and a site that made people work to find out where it was.

Services

Eight services, and the custom work in between.

Website design is where most projects start, and it stretches from a handful of pages to a full custom application. The rest exists because a site on its own will not answer the phone, keep your listing accurate or stop the mail bouncing.

Design, build and launch, handled end to end. Most sites ship on a CMS so your team can make edits without us; where a project needs custom development we build that too, booking systems, customer portals, marketplaces and the databases behind them.

Before you hire anyone

The questions we get asked first.

Usually somewhere around the second call, once the pleasantries are out of the way. Here they are answered up front instead.

Read the Full FAQ
  1. 01

    What does a website cost?

Most websites start around $3,000 for a straightforward build and land between there and $15,000, depending on the page count, how much writing is involved, and anything the site has to do beyond displaying information. Custom applications with accounts, payments or a database behind them are scoped and priced separately, because they are software rather than pages. You get a range in writing after discovery, before anything starts.

  2. 02

Will we be able to edit it ourselves?

Usually yes. Most sites ship with a CMS shaped around your content, and we train whoever will be using it. Some projects suit a purpose-built admin instead, and a few genuinely do not need an editor at all. We will tell you which yours is rather than fitting a CMS to every job.

  3. 03

    What happens when something breaks?

You tell us, and it is our problem. Care plans cover hosting, updates, backups and monitoring, and we tell you up front what response times look like rather than leaving you guessing. We would rather find it before you do, which is what the monitoring is for.

  4. 04

Who owns all of it at the end?

You do, and not as a concession. The domain, the hosting, the editing tools, the mailboxes and the analytics are all in your name, and you get a written record of what lives where. If you ever move on, everything you need comes with you.

  5. 05

Is the speed and accessibility work extra?

No. Page speed, search foundations, keyboard access and color contrast are part of building the thing properly. They are not a line item that appears on the invoice after launch, and we measure them before we call a template finished.

Process

Four phases, in order. Discovery before design, design before build.

Each stage starts once the one before it is signed off. It takes a little longer to promise a date, and it gets there sooner.

  1. 01

    Discover

Your business, your customers, the current site and the practical constraints, what it all has to do before anyone draws anything.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure, type and layout settled on real pages at real widths. You review it in a browser rather than as a flat image.

  3. 03

    Build

Templates, editing tools, forms and any custom functionality. Staging is a link you can click through and try to break.

  4. 04

    Launch and stay

Domain, redirects, analytics and a written handover. Then hosting, updates and whatever comes next.

Tell us what you need built.

No pitch deck and no discovery fee. Most engagements start with a single site, and we add the rest only when it earns its place.
