Start a Project
Tell us what you need built.
No pitch deck, no discovery fee, and no sales sequence. Send us the shape of the problem and we will come back with a real next step.
- A new site, or a rebuild of one that stopped earning its keep
- A booking system, customer portal, marketplace or internal tool
- Search, listings and advertising around a site that already works
- Phones, Microsoft 365 and hosting you would rather stop thinking about
Project brief
A few questions, then we do the work
Everything except your name, email and a message is optional. The more you tell us, the more useful the first reply is.
Before you write
The things people ask us first.
What does a project usually cost?
Most websites start around $3,000 for a straightforward build and land between there and $15,000, depending on the page count, how much writing is involved, and anything the site has to do beyond displaying information. Custom applications with accounts, payments or a database behind them are scoped and priced separately, because they are software rather than pages. You get a range in writing after discovery, before anything starts. The form asks for a range so we can be straight with you about what is achievable inside it, including when the honest answer is that it is not.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. We discount for veterans and serving military, for anyone who came to us through a referral, and for clients coming back for a second project. Say so when you get in touch and it is applied to the proposal rather than held back as a negotiating chip.
How long does it take?
A straightforward site with an agreed page list usually runs eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. Bookings, directories, custom applications or a large content migration take longer. We put dates in the calendar after discovery, once we have seen what we are actually working with.
What if we are not ready to start yet?
Send it anyway. Plenty of good projects begin as a question six months before there is a budget. We would rather help you scope it properly now than have you rush it later, and there is no sequence of follow-up emails waiting for you.
Do we have to take everything?
No. Most engagements start with a single site and add search, listings, phones or hosting only when they earn their place. Taking one service does not commit you to the rest.
