Kingdom Fitness
A faith-led gym on West 4th Street needed a site that sold memberships and day passes without a salesperson, and that read as seriously as the room does.

The problem
Kingdom Fitness runs a 24-hour keycard facility on West 4th Street with a genuine point of view, and none of it reached anyone before they walked in. The old presence could not sell a membership, could not sell a day pass, and gave a first-time visitor no way to answer the two questions that decide a gym: what does it cost, and can I get in at five in the morning.
The approach
We built the site around the two things that convert, memberships and day passes, and let everything else support them. The identity leans into the founding idea rather than hiding it, because that is what makes this gym a choice rather than a commodity. Plans, access, equipment and the supplement shop each got a real page, and the member portal sits in the navigation where an existing member expects to find it.
The outcome
Kingdom now has a site that does the selling it used to do by conversation, a listing and site that agree on hours and address, and one place to point every ad, flyer and profile link. We keep it updated, patched and backed up, so nobody at the gym has to think about it.
In detail
What the build actually involved.
What the gym actually needed
A 24-hour gym sells on two things: access and price. Anything that delays either is a lost signup. Kingdom’s problem was not that people disliked the offer, it was that the offer was invisible until somebody walked through the door on West 4th.
The other half of the problem was character. This is a faith-led facility, founded on the idea that training is a form of stewardship. That is not a tagline to bury in an About page. It is the reason a certain kind of member picks this gym over the franchise four blocks away, and the reason another kind of member keeps scrolling. Both of those outcomes are useful. A site that hedges gets neither.
What we built
Memberships as the spine of the site. Plans are a page, not a PDF and not a phone call. Every route through the site arrives at either a plan or a day pass.
Day passes as a separate path. A visitor in town for two days is a different buyer from someone joining for a year. Sending both down the same funnel loses one of them.
A facility page that answers the access question first. Keycard entry, what hours mean in practice, and what is actually on the floor, named by manufacturer rather than described as state of the art.
A supplement shop that sits inside the same site rather than on a separate storefront with its own login and its own look.
The member portal in the primary navigation. Existing members are a large share of the traffic on any gym site, and they are not there to read the About page. They are there to manage a membership, and making them hunt for it generates support calls.
An identity that commits. Type, color and photography built around the founding idea, applied consistently across the site, the listing, and the print that goes out the door.
The part that is not the website
A gym lives or dies in local search. We set up the listing properly, matched the address, hours and phone across the site and the directories, and made the page the listing points at the page that can actually close, rather than the homepage.
Then we kept it. Hosting, updates, backups and the small changes that a real business needs on a Tuesday afternoon are on us, which is the arrangement most small operators actually want. Nobody who runs a gym wants to also run a website.
